If you’re someone who keeps making excuses not to exercise, then the structure of set times and days to attend our classes helps alleviate that. We have helped women just like you to enjoy making exercise a regular habit.

If you’re concerned about your health and fitness deteriorating, we will help you get into a routine of regular exercise that will have a huge benefit to your mental and physical wellbeing. It’s never too late to start feeling full of energy, strong and active.
Balanced Body
If you’ve been desperate to get back your va va voom and feel great then we are excited to help you on that journey with workouts that include strength, core, aerobic fitness and mobility. Many of our members are over 50 so we understand how to support you on your fitness journey.
Community
If you’d like to make new friends, who you can connect with outside of classes during Zest social events and other activities, we know you will love our friendly community of “Zesties”.
What is Zest?
Zest Bootcamp was set up in 2009 by highly experienced personal trainer, Zita Alves, to help women just like you, to feel great through structured exercise in a supportive community.
Our award winning outdoor classes in Bath have already helped hundreds of people discover the benefits of group exercise outdoors in the fresh-air.
Am I too unfit to join?
Everyone is welcome to join us and after you complete your registration we will give you a call to make sure you are ready to join us for a trial.
Am I too old to join?
Our oldest member is over 70 and as a highly experienced personal trainer of over 23 years, Zita has created a programme that suits all levels with small adaptations.
Am I too young to join?
We have several members in their 30s so if you are under 40 you are very welcome to join us and well done because the earlier we start taking care of our bodies, the better we will be in the long run.
Do you offer a trial?
Yes! Try us on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Get to know us and begin your fitness journey!
How do I get started?

Zest Bootcamp is just brilliant.
I would highly recommend it, in or out of lockdown.
Our outdoor sessions in the park have, for the moment, been replaced by live virtual sessions. All you really need to keep fit, it seems, is a bit of floor space, a towel and some (heavy) books in a bag – who knew?
And Zita may not be with us in person, but she can still check on our technique and make sure we keep going!
But Zest Bootcamp is so much more than a fitness session – it is about community, friendship and support – which we all need now more than ever.

Since lockdown Zita had continued classes on Zoom which has been amazing. She has worked very hard to keep us all going.

April 2020 marks 3 amazing years I’ve been a member of Zest Bootcamp, I’m a “Zestie” I joined originally to get fitter and didn’t fancy the idea of an indoor gym or anything pretentious.
The setting in Alexandra Park is stunning, we see seasons change and look out over stunning Bath but more than this, I have met a wonderful group of people, we support each other, train together and have a lovely social network.
My fitness is no longer a chore, I look forward to each session and Zita offers support, guidance and a 100% positive outlook. I am stronger, healthier and fitter both physically and mentally and have a great bunch of friends I can always call upon. Right now, not to be defeated by COVID-19, we are all training & socializing together live via Zoom.
