Can I do a trial first?

Yes we offer a trial week (3 sessions) during the first week of each 4 week bootcamp so why not come for a trial week to see what you think before you commit to the whole 4 weeks. The cost for trial week is just £10 and you will also receive a further discount on the following 3 weeks. To book a TRIAL WEEK Click here

How much does each bootcamp cost?

Each 4 week camp costs £117 payable in advance. This means that at just over £9 per class you will be working with an experienced personal trainer for a fraction of the cost by exercising in a group. We offer great discounts for long term members (of which we have many who have been coming for 3-4 years). You will also receive access to our private members site plus nutritional support and more all included in the price.

What is different about this bootcamp?

You will be going “back to basics” of movement and exercise with other people to support and encourage you in the great outdoors with mother nature to challenge you. Our classes are pretty much group personal training where we pay special attention to technique and form to ensure you get the most out of each session.

Where are the classes held?

Zest Bootcamp classes are held in the Bear Flat area of the city in beautiful Alexandra Park that has views over the city. (During the winter some classes are held at Beechen Cliff School – full details of class location is given on booking.)

Do I have to come to every bootcamp?

If you want to achieve results then you need to attend each workout, unless you are ill of course, as there are no refunds given for missed sessions but we can offer a twice a week membership in some cases so please call or email Zita to discuss.

What if I am very unfit?

It doesn’t matter if your fitness levels are currently low as almost everything we do will have a modified, easier version if you need it. You must be prepared to work hard but still only within your levels as everyone is different. If you have any health/medical concerns we will discuss these during the initial consultation. Zest specialises in working with women over the age of 40, especially those who have not exercised for a while.

What will I be doing?

A huge variety of different exercise to work the whole body using a mixture of equipment such as resistance bands, suspension training, kettle bells, medicine balls and fitness boxing (Boxercise).

Can I bring a friend?

Yes of course -in fact it’s a great way to keep you motivated and also you can receive discounts for referrals.

What if it rains?

There is no such thing as bad weather just unsuitable clothing – a waterproof and a baseball hat should do the trick!

Do you offer discounts?

We offer long term memberships that give discounts for regular bootcampers. You will be eligible to sign up for this once you have completed one full month at camp. We also offer our bootcampers fantastic referral rewards for bringing their friends, so you may never have to pay full price again once you start getting results at Zest Bootcamp.

How do I sign up?

Go to the classes page and click on the PAY NOW button.
